Terms of Service

1. Who this is between

These terms are between you (or the organisation you represent) and Custify Solutions d.o.o. Beograd (Novi Beograd), Jurija Gagarina 32, Novi Beograd, Belgrade, Serbia (registration number 22160478) — "we", "us" — the operator of CS DevSync. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. What the service does

CS DevSync lets you reach computers you already control — terminals, files, a browser view and one-tap actions — from other devices, over a private network you provide (Tailscale). We supply the web application, the coordination service and the agent software that runs on your machines. We do not supply the machines, the network or the software you choose to run through it.

3. Access is invitation-based, and the service is in beta

Accounts are currently created by invitation. The service is under active development: features may change or be withdrawn, and while we work hard to avoid it, interruptions and defects are possible. Do not rely on it as the sole means of access to a system where losing access would cause you serious harm.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at info@custify.rs if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 16 years old.

5. The machines you connect — the important part

You may connect only machines that you own or are explicitly authorised to administer remotely. Connecting a machine grants whoever holds your account a real shell on it, so:

• You confirm you have the right to install the agent and to open remote sessions on every machine you enrol.
• If a machine belongs to an employer, a client or anyone else, obtaining their permission is your responsibility, not ours.
• You are responsible for everything executed through those sessions, including by anything you run there, automated tools included.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• access any system without authorisation, or help anyone else do so;
• break any applicable law, or infringe anyone's rights;
• attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, or circumvent its authentication, rate limits or usage boundaries;
• distribute malware, or use connected machines to attack third parties;
• resell or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.

Security research is welcome — write to us first, and give us a reasonable chance to fix what you find before publishing it.

7. Your data and your content

You keep all rights to your data and to everything on your machines. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train anything. How we handle the personal data we do hold is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability and support

During the beta the service is provided without a guaranteed availability level and without a contractual support commitment. We aim to answer messages sent to info@custify.rs within a few working days.

9. Price

The service is currently free of charge and no payment method is collected. If we introduce paid plans we will give you notice beforehand, and continued use after a price takes effect will be optional, not automatic.

10. Ending it

You may stop at any time: deleting your account in the app removes your data and cuts your machines off. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that endangers other users or our infrastructure, or where the law requires it — with notice where circumstances allow.

11. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and, to the extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability arising out of the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period or 100 EUR. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intent and gross negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of Serbia have jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you.
